Scary KKK McCain Display For Halloween
Which side keeps bringing up race?
Ron Havens has a reputation for provocative Halloween displays that reflect his strong political views.
But even Havens was pretty sure his latest effort was over the top. That didn’t stop him from setting it up in plain sight anyway.
Havens, who lives on Schuyler County Route 15 (Ridge Road) just south of Odessa, this week set up a Halloween display featuring mannequins that look like Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama and Republican rival John McCain.
But the Obama figure looks like he is running, and the McCain likeness is dressed in the hooded robe of the Ku Klux Klan and is carrying a baseball bat.
Havens is quick to point out he is a liberal and a big supporter of Obama, and that the scene is meant to provoke thought about the way he believes Obama has been unfairly treated by the McCain campaign.
Reality based, ya know!
How about some more Halloween Kool Aid from the Obamazobies? Seriously, these people need to lighten up. They are a wee bit too serious about their candidate. Who they know virtually nothing about.

This could get this serious. It sounds far fetched, but if you haven’t lived it you don’t know. I am saying the same thing in my articles. I have 4 beautiful mixed grandchildren and have already warned their moms to be vigilant in knowing what is going on around them. One in Texas and the other in NC. Read this link on story in Texas from Sept 16, <a http://cbs11tv.com/local/hate.crime.Paris.2.826932.html
People truly don’t understand what this election could do and the McCain campaign has ignited a fire that is going to grow. I can see these ignorant people coming out of the woodwork.I grew up white in the 60’s with the KKK meeting just down the road. So Sad….

The McCain campaign has ignited a fire? Are you serious?
If Obama were white, would any of the stuff McCain is saying be considered
“igniting a racist fire” (which is what I assume you’re getting at here.
McCain is doing what any candidate would, find his
oponent’s weak spot and capitalizing on it…it’s called politics.
No ma’am, the fire is being ignited by the OBAMA campaign who takes any sort
of talk against “the messiah” as racist…it’s the OBAMA campaign that is
firing up the angry mobs and feeding them with racist lies to they’ll be
angry enough to vote for him.
I sympathize with your situation and with whatever hate crimes are being
committed, but to say that the McCain campaign is responsible for such a thing
is straight up ignorance.
If you call me a racist without knowing me, I say it is YOU who are the
racist. Figuratively speaking.
