Not long ago McCain realized he couldn’t out spend the mega wealthy Obama in the key state of Michigan. Since Obama has virtually unlimited funds (where DOES all that money come from and why are the donors funneling it through Swiss banks?? Just wondering). With limited funds and a hard fight left to fight, McCain had to put his resources in other areas where he felt he’d get more bang for his buck.

Since then, Obama has announced he’s pulling ads and staff out of Michigan. Why not? He’s got that state won, right?

Well, ALL of Michigan isn’t happy with the recently shameful Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, who refused to leave office regardless of his illegal, reprehensible and immoral behavior. All of Michigan was also not happy with the democratic Michigan governor who refused to do anything about Kilpatrick in spite of the outrage of the people of the state.

So now, Our Country Deserves Better has decided that Obama’s arrogance is an opportunity to put some ads in Michigan and help turn it red after all. No one can compete with Obama’s wealth and his uber wealthy supporters, but now that he’s sure he’s got the state won ……..

Of course, this groups and others (as well as us) are completely independent of the McCain campaign. But you have to admit the ads are pretty good.
