The Next ObamaBus Victim: Wes Clark
How soon will Wesley Clark be run over by Senator Neophyte?
Gen. Wesley Clark, acting as a surrogate for Barack Obama’s campaign, invoked John McCain’s military service against him in one of the more personal attacks on the Republican presidential nominee this election cycle.
Clark said that McCain lacked the executive experience necessary to be president, calling him “untested and untried” on CBS’ “Face the Nation.” And in saying so, he took a few swipes at McCain’s military service.
“He has been a voice on the Senate Armed Services Committee. And he has traveled all over the world. But he hasn’t held executive responsibility. That large squadron in the Navy that he commanded — that wasn’t a wartime squadron,” Clark said.
“I don’t think getting in a fighter plane and getting shot down is a qualification to become president.”
So, Clark goes out there as an Obama surrogate and attacks McCain and his military service. But, hey, the Obama campaign is about hope and change, a new way of doing politics.
I’m betting the bus runs Clark over by 4pm Monday.

Wow. The stupidity here is amazing. The irony, too. Is Clark trying to tell us that McCain has less experience to be president than Obama?
What universe does he live in?
“I don’t think getting in a fighter plane and getting shot down is a qualification to become president.”
How are these for good qualifications, General Stupid? A willingness to work with others in the opposing party to try to accomplish something; excellent judgment (like supporting a certain strategy for a certain conflict); to stand up for what you believe in, even if it will cost votes; to not back down under any threats - that kinda stuff. Gee, who does all that apply to? (Hint: the guy with initials “JM” in his name.)
Clark is seriously belittling what McCain was forced to endure. Where does that pinhead get off?! McCain experienced things most of us can only imagine and dread, and he came out a hero. McCain is a good man; those comments prove Clark is not.
I guess, though, we should really thank Clark. After all, he’s given McCain another weapon to hit Obama with. Barack certainly didn’t need to spend any time dealing with this, yet he will. “This is not the general that I knew.”

The more the Obama supporters get out there saying stupid stuff, the more Obama will have to distance himself, and the more he will annoy his base and show the average voter, who doesn’t pay that much attention and can vote either way, how bad a candidate he is.
