John McCain has been touring America as part of his ‘It’s Time For Action Tour’ and made a stop in New Orleans today. Read more about it and see a video of his speech below.

John McCain held a town hall in New Orleans and toured the infamous battered and impoverished Ninth Ward. He toured New Orleans with Louisiana’s new Republican Governor, Bobby Jindal.

    Mr. McCain voted against a 8-29 commission to see how the government screwed up in Katrina. How can things be improved if we are unable to see where things went wrong to begin with? I am a New Orleanian. My 80 year old mother lives on the Ms. Gulf Coast. I am sorry Mr. McCain, actions speak louder than words. Where have you been for the last 3 years? You have not helped the struggling communities of the Gulf South. You, like our government, have been absent.
